Shipping policy
Shipping times depend on your location and may vary slightly throughout the year and at peak times, such as the Christmas holiday season. During some holidays, extremely inclement weather, and natural disasters, shipping times will get a little longer as there could be National Service Disruptions. However, once your products ship - under normal conditions - they will typically arrive within a week of the shipment date. If your order does not arrive on time, according to the tracking information, please wait an additional 48 hours. Most packages will arrive in that (48 hr) time frame, if delayed.
What country will my order ship from?
We work with a print-on-demand order fulfillment company with multiple facilities worldwide.
United Kingdom, Europe, Canada could take up to 5-10 business days
USA 2-8 business days depending on the shipping option of your choice. (see below)
International: 10-30 business days
Like US shipping costs, multiple items can lead to higher shipping costs. We are not responsible for the costs of duties or additional taxes/fees charged during delivery or for customs. These costs can be quite expensive and random, so please do your research before you get charged unexpectedly.
The difference in Shipping options:
Economy shipping: Please note, that when selecting economy shipping, your rates may be slightly cheaper. However, Economy shipping is often slower than Standard shipping. The average delivery range is that your order will be received within 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after the product has been created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
Standard shipping: Please note, when selecting standard shipping that your rates may be slightly higher than Economy. However, standard shipping is often a little quicker than Economy shipping. The average delivery range is that your order will be received within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after the product has been created, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
Orders may have a larger shipping cost, if there are multiple items in the order and one or more of those items are shipped from a different facility. One such example would be an order with a t-shirt and a hoodie. This order would have a shipping cost of around $10.98 because our t-shirts are shipped from a different facility than our hoodies. Each facility will charge their own set shipping price.
Ordering/Shipping internationally
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee(s) may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product, itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – Please double check your address and phone number before submitting your orders. This will help minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make the delivery of the order smoother.
