At Prayed For Pray With Apparel, our goal is to make you happy from order to delivery and so on. Weâre all human and we make mistakes some times. So if there is something wrong with your item(s), we want to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at prayedforpraywithapparel@gmail.com.

Returns
We have a no-return policy, meaning after your item(s) are in fulfillment status, we cannot accept a return and you can either keep the item(s) or give it away. However, we may approve a refund if the order is defective upon delivery. (See below)
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. We want to make everything right. You are a priority!
Requesting a refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed. Youâll also need to provide proof of purchase and images of the issue as specified in the contact form, message, or email sent to you upon refund request.

If, however, we don't receive enough information to make an immediate decision, we will reach out again to request further clarification and/or information.
If approved, we will notify you via email once weâve issued a refund. Youâll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please check your bank's refund/credit policies.
If your refund request is rejected, weâll send you an email about our decision. No further refund requests on the particular item(s) will be considered.

Exchanges
We do not offer any form of exchange. Once an item begins fulfillment and is in possession of the customer, it is theirs to keep. However, they may request a refund at any time via email. (See above)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
