Do You ship to P.O. BOXES?
We can only ship to P.O. boxes within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes outside of the U.S. at this time.
How long until an item is shipped?
US Customers: We are a small business/new shop and all items are brand new, so depending on your location, most hoodies, sweatshirts, and all t- shirts are made to order so please give up to a week for items to ship. Some small items may ship faster from different warehouses. We appreciate your patience and kindness during our first few start-up months.
For international customers, the processing time for the above items will most likely be longer depending on your location/country. Thanks for your patience.

Do You offer returns or exchanges?
Exchanges
We do not offer any form of exchange.
Returns
We have a no-return policy, meaning after your item(s) are in fulfillment status, we cannot accept a return and you can either keep the item(s) or give it away. However, we may approve a refund if the order is defective upon delivery. (See below)
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. We want to make everything right. You are a priority!

What is the best way to care for my new graphic apparel?
To ensure your DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed garments remain vibrant and in great condition, please follow these care tips:
- To protect the print and fabric of your clothing, please wash your garments inside out in cold water.
- Use a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents or bleach, which can damage both the print and fabric.
- Air dry your garments whenever possible.
- Please Do not iron printed designs. Avoid ironing directly over the print; instead, iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth overtop of your clothing to prevent any potential damage.
By following these steps, you can keep your DTG-printed apparel from damage and help your clothing last longer.
I have a smell on my clothing/merch, what is it?
There may be a smell similar to fresh paint on clothing or fabric accessories due to the Print on demand DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed garment. Everything is newly printed and shipped directly from different warehouses and created exactly when you place an order. Clothing is sealed into packaging shortly after printing, ensuring minimal airing out. The smell should dissipate after a few days/first wash.
Why does my clothing draw lint?
Due to the Print on demand DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed garment. Everything is newly printed and shipped directly from different warehouses and created exactly when you place an order. Our clothing is very new. Fortunately, lint will decrease after a few wears and after the first wash.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link to the email you provided when your order ships out. Please double-check that your email and all shipping info are correct before checking out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at prayedforpraywithapparel@gmail.com
Can I cancel my order?
All of our items are printed to order so we can only allow cancellations until the order has begun fulfillment. Meaning, you'll have to cancel immediately.
If you ordered an item and it has already started fulfillment or has been shipped, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
My order was lost/Order has not shown up. What do I do?
We apologize if your order is lost! If your order hasn't arrived on time, please wait 48 hours, packages will usually arrive within that time frame if there is a delay. The carrier should be able to help you track it if need be. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international orders.
If your order is lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will send you a new order, but you must let us know within 30 days via email. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace it.
We do not replace orders due to the wrong address, so please be sure your address is correct at checkout. Our email is prayedforpraywithapparel@gmail.com
Who is responsible for duties/taxes for imports?
We are not responsible for the costs of duties or additional taxes/fees charged during delivery or for customs. These costs can be quite expensive and random for some countries, so please do your research before you get charged unexpectedly!
Do you have a physical location/local shop?
We do not have a physical shop, we are only online. But as our business grows, that could change in the future. Maybe one day, if it's God's will for us.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered more than one item you may receive your purchase in multiple packages. With some of our items (mostly accessories, small gifts, and household items), they may ship from a different location than larger products. Because of this, there may be instances where your order arrives in multiple packages at different times. We do try to limit this but also want to provide more options for you. Do you accept custom designs?
We do not offer/accept design customization on our products at this time.
